Schedule

  • 3rd Saturdays (April-October)
  • The required on-line match registration and payment site opens two weeks before the match at PractiScore.com under “Wayne County Raccoon Hunters Club – IDPA“.
  • There is no walk up match registration or payment.
  • Match fee is $20 for WCRHC members and $25 for non-members.
  • The Shooter’s Meeting / Safety Briefing is at 9:45 am. All competitors must be present at the Shooter’s Meeting /Safety Briefing to participate in the match.
  • Shooting will start at 10:00 a.m. after the Shooter's Meeting / Safety Briefing.

Winter IDPA Practice - Saturday mornings (November, December, and March)


  • Walk up match registration opens at 8:30 a.m and closes promptly at 9:45 a.m. There is no on-line registration for IDPA practice.
  • Practice fee is $10. 
  • The Shooter’s Meeting / Safety Briefing is at 9:45 am. All competitors must be present at the Shooter’s Meeting / Safety Briefing to participate in the practice.
  • Shooting will start at 10:00 a.m. after the Shooter's Meeting / Safety Briefing.  
  • Winter IDPA practices may be cancelled due to severe temperature, freezing rain, heavy snow, etc. A cancellation notice will be posted on the club website by 7:00 am on Saturday morning.


Summer IDPA Practice - Wednesday evenings (April through September)


  • Walk up registration opens at 5:00 pm and closes promptly at 5:45 pm. 
  • Practice fee is $10.
  • The Shooter’s Meeting / Safety Briefing is at 5:45pm. All competitors must be present at the Shooter’s Meeting / Safety Briefing to participate in the practice. 
  • Shooting will start at 6:00 pm after the Shooter's Meeting / Safety Briefing.  
  • Summer IDPA practices may be cancelled due to high winds, lighting, or rain. Use your judgement prior to coming to the range.


IDPA BUG and PCC Matches are scheduled periodically at WCRHC. These speciality matches will be posted in the IDPA Special Events and News section at the WCRHC website and on the club calendar.

  • WCRHC IDPA Safety Officers who worked at least 3 matches during the Season shoot for FREE - whether they are helping or just shooting. (Winter Practice Only)


Match Description

  • Match registration: on-line at PractiScore.com
  • ​6 stages
  • Scoring: electronic
  • The match is down at pistol ranges with shelters on each bay.
  • Props: variety of stationary and moving targets, steel poppers, doors, windows, stomp boxes, etc.
  • Facilities: multiple earth bern shooting bays with gravel base, covered tables between bays, and clubhouse with meeting space and kitchen.
